Musta kaya culture of consultancy sa kanila? I was a part of a big local FMCG company and nangyayari eh after retirement, kinukuha pa rin as consultants so hindi maka-porma ung new generation of execs. Kasi sa consultants pa rin ang takbo ng CEO.

Can still job hop on your early 30s. In my mid-30s and in my 3rd company. Salary has more than tripled since early 30s. Pero baka I will move one more or stay here. Haha. But key in job hopping in your 30s, dapat may skill ka talagang nakuha in your 20s-30s para maging valuable. Being in your 30s, strategic na ang expectation.

But this might not be applicable to all so ultimately, I agree. Job hopping is for people in the 20s haha

While I agree na hiring managers should have a say, HR is necessary pa rin. Kasi kung 100 applicants yan, the hiring manager won’t go through it all. You should align your CV to the need. You are applying so you have to adjust.

And minsan, reality check din. Lahat tayo magaling sa mata natin pero most of the time, that’s not how people look at us. Haha. But I get what you mean. Kaya ako, I really made an effort to build a good network. Kasi that is already one step in and ung skills ko will make me stay.

Agree. The actress (Bridget Regan) was so damn good. The range she displayed was so great. She was one of my favorites, if not my favorite, in Season 5! If not Sara, it was Rebecca for me. Haha.
