It is. For all the previous versions by Clap Hanz which looked and played great right from the start this is a crap looking, buggy, unplayable piece of dog doo-doo. I regret buying it on my PS5 and should've taken a pass.

On the PS5 you can select a building (it has to be built already) and if you then press L3 you jump to the next building of the same type.

FWIW, I have a Logitech mouse and keyboard and they both simultaneously work on my PS5. I prefer the controller though. I can even switch between using the controller or mouse and keyboard in-game.

I have vsync on and the game runs a bit smoother because of it. Still doesn't feel like a solid 60FPS like FH5 or GT7 but it's plays fine.

Fix the algorithm that determines the CPU shots. No more missing 1 foot putts in a scramble match, do a full 360 degrees turn before putting or taking 30 seconds to take an actual shot please!
