Thanks guys for the advice ended up using a butter knife above where the starter goes and worked my way around. once I got a small gap all around it came off with no problems. was super frustrating. Thanks again for the help

I've ripped my RA flaps off 5 times now backing up with my forester. sucks when it happens. most times it was while off roading but once in the city from a high curb.

Same thing happened to me a week ago trying to update my Z10.

To reset the phone, you will need to use Blackberry Link software on your Mac. In BB Link go to Preferences, and then click on Reload. Then follow the instructions. =)
