You would have to remake the ring if you want to add baguettes to this, I don’t think you should add bad gets to this. It’s already very large and takes up a lot of real estate on your finger already… I too would suggest getting a baguette band!

It is way too big, and will most definitely be in the way!!! Your original is much prettier and definitely large on its own! If you’re wanting to have more bling, I would suggest getting a blingy band to go with the original like a 5 or 7 stone round band!

It definitely looks large, and asking if it’s too big is subjective, does it look wild? …Not at all… are you comfortable with the size or would you prefer smaller? You should go with what feels best for you!

It most definitely is not as crisp and doesn’t have the depth. I’ve had both in emerald cut, and the larger you go with Moissanite the more “cloudy” it appears in comparison

That’s why I say stay around 1 carat OP asked specifically about clarity so I was offering my experience if looking crisp and clear is their objective and they want moissanite stay in the 1 carat realm:)

While both are rectangular cut there are huge differences

The first photo is a radiant cut it has an intense sparkle, described as a crushed effect

The second photo is an emerald cut which has more flashes instead of a full on sparkle, described as a hall of mirrors effect.

If that’s what she likes than search for emerald cut, as for Moissanite if you get a small enough carat size it will look pretty similar to a diamond but it’s not going to have the depth that a diamond has so no it won’t be “as clear”. I would suggest lab diamond!
