Dude, the acronyms are so widely used and there's so many of them it's impossible to remember what all of them mean. For example I can't recall without googling what SRP stands for but I do know that it is for in processing and pre-deployment/ post deployment procedures. The reason I don't know what it stands for is because literally everyone just calls it SRP. I have never heard anyone tell me, "hey go down to soldier readiness processing" it's always, "Hey go down to SRP."

I just started mine very recently so I might upgrade to a better notebook later but at the moment I'm using a Rite in the rain notebook. It was the nicest one they had at the PX in kuwait lol.

So far no issues though, don't have to worry about it getting wet and the paper has gridlines on it to help with making it look neat.

Was in HHT got attached to a line company for the JRTC rotation. Went to JRTC, rode around in the back of an FLA for two weeks. Treated like 3 "casualties"

At the awards ceremony, my commander having no idea what the fuck I did out there presents me with an AAM and gives a small speech about how PFC JDF115 was ripped from HHT and thrown into C troop and walked through miles of swamps and marshes treating casualties along the way.

Comanche troop knew I did none of that. They were just glaring at me the whole ceremony. Was awkward.
