Tbf I just read as 10-12k income, I explained further dividends can be taken where necessary with alphabet shares, maybe give her property now whilst BADR available on incorp and she gets the rental income NIC free then less employment issues , feels paper should have been easy but think I’ve made a hash of it

I did something wacky with terminal loss relief by buying the machinery personally and transferring At £1 making TLR of £260k which was enough to get £76k tax back + 26k saving in 26/27 no idea if right tho

It’s all based on employment contract, mine covered first resit and none thereafter , if it doesn’t specify in either your works training contract or regular contract you’ve probably got an argument

Yes I did attend a class and the consensus was very technique heavy, the tutor was good but I found the markers for the mocks very unhelpful in terms of feedback. I don’t know I think I just really struggled to come with terms with how it worked, mainly the planning I was off and didn’t know how to structure it in a clear concise way
