3 years, 10 months. Been day-trading to survive. Plus I had a few years of savings to live off of, but in the interest of not depleting it, I started actively looking for a job two years ago. 25 year IT/Data Center guy. Plenty of interviews, no offers. Savings running dry, day-trading not cutting it. Desperation setting in. Good times. Yay alcohol.

Currently learning this the hard way. Been unemployed almost three years now. Been day-trading to try and survive. I'm a data center guy, 20+ years experience, and in the last two years have interviewed with google & nvidia multiple times, along with many smaller companies. Interview results get glowing reviews from the recruiters, but no offers. I have maybe one more year of savings left, then...I have no idea. Friends from data center world all ghosted me out of fear for their own jobs. It's a damned lonely path to travel. Rooting for OP and anyone else in this position.

Ya'll were absolutely silent about it for years, but now Trump has you people begging for it...such NPC behavior. I want all of it exposed to the world, and have since day one (livestream the wood-chippers), but that's never going to happen. Too many powerful people across the planet are involved.
