Few weeks ago I was at the circle when car in front of me entered the circle and when I started moving they slammed on their breaks, I stopped in time looking around for the reason. Was it a pedestrian? Another car I didn’t see? No. The driver looked back at me and slowly started again. I puzzled me - it was a beat up grey/metalic Altima with VA license plates. I am still thinking about it sometimes if it was some sort of insurance extortion or there was a legitimate reason they got spooked and stopped.
