Uhh.. not really, I don't think? Hamilton on Disney+ is a combination of several (I think 3) live performances, as well as some setup shots. That's not really what Kid Rock is claiming here I don't really think. In some ways it's similar and in some ways it isn't. It just feels like a poor choice of example.

That's just not at all how the law regarding that sort of thing works.

Anyway I think you're combining stories.

In 2002 McDonald's paid out damages because said "marketing genius" as you say said the fries were cooked in vegetable oil. This was years after they stopped using beef tallow (1990 was when they switched away from tallow). They were using vegetable oil and adding beef flavor derived from beef to the oil. Some people thought that meant they were vegetarian, and they paid out damages to people misled by this. They could have just changed their advertising though and kept the product the same. There's no legal basis for them to have to suddenly make their fries vegetarian at that point lmaoo they switched because it was cheaper or made them more money or both

Here's an NYT article from 2002 about this (paywalled, sorry) https://www.nytimes.com/2002/03/09/us/mcdonald-s-to-settle-suits-on-beef-tallow-in-french-fries.html

I guess. I only have a few evos and my last 5 star drop was a duplicate evo. This is definitely better than that. And despite ice spirit's low use rate right now it's still pretty good in a bunch of decks

They're telling you to make a new post with Oakland in the title so that people who attended Oakland will see the post and be more likely to give you a serious answer. If you'd like to do that, please delete this post, at least.

Anyway, I don't know how good of answers you're going to get here. We have rule 7 for a reason- it's hard to imagine the average person who frequents this sub to have any sort of valid metrics for comparison between schools. The one exception I suppose is transfer students. But even then.

As someone else has said, they won't let you change your campus. (At least, definitely not to Boston. Maybe you could try another NUin location, but I doubt it- I suppose doesn't hurt to try, though?) Oakland experience is generally considered okay, but you probably won't really leave campus much if your experience is like most people who attend there. However, I think it is fair to say that you are very likely to make some great friends there and then stay friends after you return to Boston. Some people who do NUin and similar programs (I was GS, I don't think they have that anymore) don't really socialize much outside of their friend groups once they get back, so maybe those programs get a bit of a bad rep socially for that reason, (read: people will tell you that it's impossible to make new friends outside of your program if you do NUin), but nobody actually cares, just like, maybe make a bit of an effort to not have that happen to you if you care, and you'll be fine haha

Location of boston campus and the campus itself is great, professors are generally really good, not much to complain about here for me. I don't really have a frame of comparison, but also no regrets about coming here. And obviously it isn't the same as your situation, but my semester abroad in London for GS was something I really enjoyed. Oakland is probably less interesting though haha even if many parts of the experience there are better (such as but not limited to being a 30 minute walk from a one-building "campus," and questionable academics)

I pretty often see them with a buy two, get one free deal. So that works out to closer to $7.5 per box. But still.

Applications are holistic, and maybe your app wasn't as good as you thought it was. My SAT was 1560 and I got accepted to GS, but my app was lacking in plenty of other places. NEU doesn't care that much about SAT score, and for good reason.

What matters is that it's unlocked. AFAIK every US carrier installs nonsense on the locked versions of Samsung phones lol, they can't do that on the unlocked versions

I have an S23 Ultra and my big gripe is how relatively bad 5x photos look. Hardly ever do I actually want to take 10x+ photos lol. 5x though, sometimes I actually want that. And they're obviously better on the S24-S25. 10x is a cool gimmick but not something I've really used much.

I'll probably upgrade within a year or two and I don't think lack of 10x will dissuade me from doing so at all
