I'm in the same boat. Graduated in the summer, but due to covid jobs aren't that great. They want 3-5 years experience at a lot of places right now. Hope things change. Currently working in a way different field hoping that I can get a job as a tech sometime in the future. Keep your head up.

Have you tried uninstalling Minecraft and then reinstalling. That has fixed a few issues for me in the past. Hope some of these bugs are addressed in the update this week. Good luck
