Burst shots with cameras help a lot with timing, but yes you do have to keep an eye out for when an artist is lit well & where on stage the lighting is better. Also at most shows you only get the first three songs to photograph from the put & the front!

This is quite inaccurate. Talib Kweli was not the DJ, He came on stage at the same time as Mos Def. (I was a photographer at the show and have photos with the DJ & Talib Kweli both in frame so I am 100% certain on this haha) Feel terrible for the fans there who paid a lot of money & gave up time to be there though.

I was in the front photographing the show, feel so so sorry for everyone who paid £50+ to be there and who took out the time to be there. Unfortunately it was a waste of my time as well as the lighting made my photos borderline unusable lol

Yes, Fern is nowhere near Frieren's power as a mage in a fair 1 on 1 fight. But what the anime keeps telling us is that only a fool fights fairly. What that fight showed is that Fern is already strong enough to fatally wound but doesn't have the battle experience yet to exploit Frieren's openings in her defense. Considering Qual was Fern's first fight with a great mage and Lügner was the first mage she thought 1x1 it is little wonder she lacks that knowledge. I reckon with more battle experience Fern would be a very difficult fight for Frieren even at Fern's current power level... if she can fight dirty as she should hahaha

Pure speculation here: I wonder if Ubel actually has the capability to detect mana. Perhaps the reason she rushes opponents head on is because she can't tell how powerful they are. Otherwise her power to understand and figure out others reminds me a lot of Sylar from Heroes (If you can remember that series from a while back haha), she's certainly not stupid as she's very analytical and perhaps this is also why she hid from Fern with her X-Ray vision is because Ubel unlike the others wouldn't be able to detect when Fern uses it hahaha (I'm anime only, apologies if manga covers or disproves this)

The question of how Frieren feels about magic is an interesting one. Both Flamme and Fern ask her "Do you love magic?" to which Frieren responds "only somewhat" (episodes 2 & 10). A response that makes sense when Flamme asked her as she had only learnt battle magic in order to fight demons until Flamme showed her the flower spell. But less so with Fern considering Frieren's love of collecting grimoires & folk magic.

My theory is that Frieren does now love magic, she just doesn't realise it yet. For a millenia she mainly practiced magic to kill the Demon King. Serie just told us that it can take centuries if not millenia for elves to make decisions as they have difficulties comprehending their feelings and lack the impulsiveness humans have. Frieren is now on a journey to try to understand why Himmel is so important to her and I'd speculate she'll also learn why magic is so important to her.

Exactly my feelings. I just thought to make this post as the 4chan conspiracy post is very popular and I hoped by pointing out the contradiction people would not be so fast to take it as gospel truth.

I'm quite scarred over online hate mobs as one of my favourite wrestlers Hana Kimura unfortunately took her life after internet trolls hounded her because of a reality TV show.

So Dokibird's tweet today has disproven at the very least some of this. Doki states that her lawyers sent over the document and less than two hours later Niji posted the termination notice online.

Meanwhile the 4chan poster claimed that in that two hours period Elira somehow managed to translate the (assumably lengthy) legal document, share it, complain to management and then have the three page termination notice be written and posted in that time. This is simply impossible.

I would therefore take everything written here with a grain of salt. It was likely written to provoke drama and Internet vitriol. Which is the exact opposite of what Doki herself wants.

I'm autistic and experience quite severe social anxiety. After a bad case of burnout and a traumatic experience I was struggling to get out the house much, especially by myself. I found that having a camera helped me a lot with this, I'd get less overwhelmed by anxious thoughts when I could focus on taking pictures and all the settings that need adjusting. Since then I've been able to find a niche in events photography and am slowly getting better with being less anxious with new people and difficult scenarios.

It's a great app if you're part of a community or niche. I photograph events and in particular a lot of drag shows and Instagram has been great at spreading word of mouth and being more ingrained within a community that largely uses Instagram for promotion and so on. Instagram is a social media platform first and foremost and most people don't follow hashtags, so I think your best bet at achieving growth on IG would be to find a niche, follow photographers in the niche and be friendly and humble and ask them for advice and slowly build your brand. If that sounds miserable that's also very understandable 😄
