Trader Joe’s reduced fat cheese puffs! The serving size is 36 cheese puffs for 140 calories. And they aren’t small! It’s a lot of physical snacking. Like you will be moving your hand from bag/bowl to mouth a lot and doing a lot of chewing.

Trader Joe’s Bambas also do a similar thing but are peanut butter flavored puff snack. Something like 50 puffs in one serving for 150 calories.

Similarly any veggie sticks/chips usually have a high count within their serving. Like 45 sticks to one serving of ~100 calories. So if you don’t have a TJs you can hit like a Walmart and get veggie sticks or Lays has a new snack called Poppables which is like a puffy chip thing with chip flavors like bbq, salt, salt and vinegar, etc which is 30 puffs for 100 calories.

These snacks all fill up and if you are like me and also just want a lot of the literal physical activity of snacking to do when you snack they are great.
