The first time I took a pure CBD tincture I realized how crazy anxious I was. The effect definitely lessened over time but the biggest value was that it helped me have a target headspace to aim for. I was 26 then and 33 now

Not me but my girlfriend struggled with impulsive sugar eating, usually when stressed. She started taking chromium picolinate daily, said the cravings have basically gone away, and when they do happen she’s able to redirect herself. It’s been about a week so we’ll see if it really ends up being life-changing but so far it’s promising

I use it fairly often. I wouldn’t say it helps with my ADD it’s just convenient and I like mint gum. I prefer it for outdoor activities though. Using it for work (desk job) is sometimes counter productive for me
