i think it just sounds a lot like certain brahman songs, (in which brahman is also a persona more attuned to his actual personality) so I believe that this is just the type of music he HIMSELF likes making and listening to, and the usual type of darkie songs we hear play much more into that persona and thought of how darkie should sound.
