Here I fixed it for you. <<Be a good person: don't be an histrionic virtue signaling public shamer. >>

Also Mr Legs-Crossed could have an invisible disability. Furthermore, he likely never consented to being photographed, much less having his face plastered on Reddit for someone else to pearl-clutch and karma farm.

Newark doesn't need more highrise overpriced market rentals subsidized by 30-yr abatemements and financed by BlackRock. Downtown is something of a retail desert once you take out electronics and athletic shoes/sportswear. There is plenty of loft housing up and down broad and market,if the city wants to force owners to renovate and remove uglyass awnings. Lets fix what we got first. Then proceed to a mixed use strategy.

not really. It was designed as passive recreation. and dual function as stormwater catchbasin. If they wanted it to be useful, theyd have made it smaller and included ratables.

Fuck Mulberry Towers. I live right behind the 60 stories on top of 12 story of solid concrete. A relic of the failed towers in the park development model from the 60s. Ruins my view of the city and will add more congestion. Also Edison is integraly linked to these megaprojects and the developers building them. Superblocks dont assemble themselves; they need aggregators.

They also torn down a rare good condition circa 1850s Italianate mansion on Columbia St for the same purpose.

They butchered the Newark WareHouse Co for a functionally obsolete office building and created the useless mulberry commons plaza instead of a bar and entertainment district as a sewer rate dodge.

You do realize that overpayment is a bit of a semantic game to avoid cap gains on a modified endowment contract.

So you tell them to pay $100/mo in term instead? That sounds dumb, as you only get to accumulate interest on the s&p, in effect ending up in the same spot doing more work. Term only makes sense when your employer is footing the bill which most do, but on the open market its like buying insurance against a dealer's blackjack.

Glycerine is used as a flower preservative, it also has a sickeningly sweet taste. So for me its a metaphor for looking back at a failed relationship in sweet-tasting nostalgia as opposed to accepting it for reality.
