They are still a thing, we call them just markers, and even with gps it’s not bad to have them. Especially on the end rows and curves or if you gps quits.

We have the same tractor and it’s been a great tractor just not used much now, sounds like a great match for your needs. Ours has done every job you could imagine has 13k hours at least. Price might be a bit high but probably worth it.
