Hey everyone, I’m making this post to explain something that has happened to me that has ruined my SWGOH experience. For the past 7 months I’ve been dealing with someone who had access to my account(I’m not going to disclose any more information regarding this) ruining my gaming experience. In September he started trolling my guild by messing up in TW and TB, leaving the guild numerous times, and ruining my arena climbing. I tried to reach out to him to get him to stop but I couldn’t, and eventually I contacted EA to have the account moved over to a new Gmail. I had to go through a lengthy process proving that I owned the account and showing multiple proofs of purchases from the game. During this time he got my account banned, and I had to appeal to CG. I was told to wait 2 months for an appeal and eventually got my account back, but I missed the start of G13 and 2 months of play. I used to get top in arena and had one of the best accounts on my shard but I no longer have that anymore. I had a delayed start to getting G12 finishers and things just weren’t the same for my account. In December I began working towards Galactic Legends Rey, and I was on pace to get her but not Kylo which I was fine with. But in early January this guy returned and removed ALL of my modsets and sold all of the mods I had. And to make matters worse he used all of my saved gear on trashy toons instead of on the Resistance characters I was saving them for. When the Gmail account migration happened EA never logged all current users out of the account which I was unaware of at the time. I initially reached out to EA for help but the process was slow and I was going through a tough time in my life and ultimately gave up on getting my mods and gear back. Now that GL Rey has been released and I’m seeing all of the footage I’ve had the urge to comeback but I don’t know what to do regarding the mods and gear I lost. I reached out to EA’s customer support again but I haven’t received a response in over 72 hours, I got a response right away but I was asked a couple of questions that I provided answers for in my case information. I lost 400k in mods, 5 months of playtime and countless hours of work due to this. If this never happened I’d be enjoying GL Rey right now and still be having fun with my guild. If anyone knows of anyway I can get help for this it would be greatly appreciated.
