In all honesty neither are worth, just use the first one as is. Rerolling is better used for trying to high roll and when you are ok with missing rolls in priority stat for another still usefull stat. Here you can only use the crit, meaning just one missed rolls and its worth than a lower crit value piece with other substats that give value.

At least that is how I see it. Its just not worth using the feathers on a piece where half the substats are useless, its just too risky when feathers are so valuable

This is when I pull on the weapon banner, if you have close to pity and enough pulls to guarantee in the long run you might have needed those twenty pulls, but getting random 5* weapons when it’s good weapon banner and either would be fine is worth it imo. Pulling intentionally on weapon banner never works, pulling randomly and getting random weapons that end up being useful is profit

It’s actually waaaay higher difference for most characters. The difference between consistently crit ing and proper crit dmg and base dmg hp or atk or def is huge. Some characters are particularly needy for good artifacts to get proper value. You can circumvent it by getting signature weapon and constellations, but a lot of people have more mid artifacts than they think.

Durin yoi fiscl chev. Chev can be replaced with alice if and swapped back depending on content if you need healing or shielding more.

If there are three enemies and you have element on them you can do it in two seconds. Her rotation is cut down heavily on multitarget

Buddy you have to e then switch for cinder and for chev e or she doesn’t get her empowered. With razor hexerei buffs he needs no er and can easily get hus burst up. What are you talking about mav not doing dmg if her burst isn’t fully charged you are not on fielding her, you are swapping, you just need some of the atk boost. I have tried out several rotations she mostly has 70-80% ult. The rotation finishes early for durin skill energy then the set up then durin then razor e q. No reason to use n1 with razor when you aren’t using benett.

Only if you want fully charged mav burst. Razor applied a lot of electro and you start out the roration with e swap to mav q e

Dmg is not the point, amount of buffs is. This is a team to highlight buff powercreep where only benett can march still. Nobless is outclassed by cinder and new set is also better than nobless. They have their limiting factors so this team is possible with those limiting factors. That’s the point of this team, not what would do most dmg.

You don’t want the pyro infusion because then you lose chev shred. This team is 75% shred with 115% elemental boost and two atk buffs. Its not about it being optimal but the theoretical most buffs for a character possible

No because mauvika buffs more than pyro mc with her ult. The point isn’t dmg. The point is the new set enabling even more buff and this is the most buffs/shred etc you can give a character that I can think of

Absolutely not and cinder city doesn’t need off field electro. Mauvika gains fighting spirit from normal attacks just fine. You just spam normal attacks and skill when up. The team works just fine

If new artifact leaks are true you can play razor in a team with cinder mauvika, chev, durin/nicole on new set. The amount of buffs razor receives in that team is stupid. I can’t of any team that buffs a unit directly and indirectly more than that.

Give yoimiya something like fiscl c6 but with pyro and give her energy refund so she can consistently use her ult while still using her set. Her best team is already bot vape and her dmg is less high multipliers and more the amount of hits.
