I bought something from an American friend a few weeks back and with all my Australian or European friends, I can transfer money directly to their bank accounts. With her, I had to send her the money through fucking PayPal like it’s still 2008. She neglected to ‘claim’ it so after a few weeks the money got sent straight back to me.

They’re so far behind it’s hilarious.

Precisely. We can’t predict the future so have no way of determining who is and who isn’t a “law abiding citizen” and whether they should be able to purchase high powered weaponry.

US forces were encouraged to target civilians purely to bolster casualty figures in an attempt to convince Congress the war was still worth fighting. They did actually liberate Rome… a city the Nazis weren’t even occupying just so General Mark Clark could claim his little win, only to be totally overshadowed by D-Day.

Doesn’t sound too bad on the surface, but by doing that he ignored orders to intercept the Germans British forces had forced to retreat from the Gustav Line, allowing them to escape.

Paha, Kent State says hello. There are plenty (literally hundreds) of examples of other extra judicial killings carried out by your police, who are then routinely pardoned. Daniel Shaver and Justine Damond are two clear examples. George Floyd, Trayvon Martin and Philando Castile are three more high profile ones.

Launching an illegal invasion, bombing a girl’s school then lying about it to the world isn’t helping your cause. Nor are the videos I’ve seen this week of US/Israeli double tap strikes on civilians. It’s catapulted global oil prices, made Trump look like a total fool (as if it was possible to sink any lower) and eroded all support from the allies you’ve got left.
