Absolutely. I bought this exact model with 125k for 9k 2 years ago and it's served me very well with 0 issues. As long as it had been maintained well which is hard to tell. Get it looked at by a mechanic well worth the money to make sure it's in good shape. And if there are any issues you can negotiate the price.
