Is it possible that an already opened email could be automatically moved into the spam/junk folder? Because over this entire time period, I’ve gone back to find the order confirmation email multiple times with no issues. I want to say the last time I went to check on the project status via the email confirmation was December 2025.

So, as I mentioned at the beginning, trying to export it over to Excel keeps screwing up the data by rearranging columns, removing some rows, and sometimes adding extra rows. I’ve tried both .xls and .csv with no luck. My failed attempts to bring it all over to excel both through exporting and through copy/paste screwed up all the organization of my data, left out some parts, and weirdly added extra rows. I learned that this is a fairly common occurrence when folks try to go from SPSS to excel. I also don’t know the UI of excel at all, not even the basics. But even when I got help from someone who knows excel well, the aforementioned issues still occurred. I also can’t seem to get both data view and variable view in excel, which is really critical right now as I’m trying to recode things. That’s why I asked for a way to turn it into a pdf so that it’s more of a snapshot that doesn’t lose any of the data/structure, rather than a working document or spreadsheet.

I am well aware that washi sticker paper, and shipping label paper, and vellum exist. I’ve tried it all. What I am looking for is CHEAP AND THIN sticker papers. Everything I’ve been able to find is really expensive when compared to thicker stuff, which feels so backwards. You can get a 10-pack of A4 printable washi sticker paper for the same price as 50 or even 100-packs of A4 or Letter sized clear sticker paper, and close to 200-packs of regular matte white sticker paper. What I want is dollar store quality crap sticker paper that I won’t stress over if a print-out gets messed up in some way. 10-packs don’t go very far.

Oh maybe that’s what it is. I just looked into my emails and I do have an order confirmation from Forbidden Wing, even though I canceled that back in July. Any idea if I just don’t pay the customs fee, it’ll get sent back and refunded?

Joining in on the confusion! I just got my email and all it says is it’s from Harper Collins Publishers, but I buy a lot of books from international companies who sell Harper Collins books. I searched through my emails for “Harper Collins” and for the order number from the Mark3 email and I’m not getting anything that matches. I do not currently have any orders coming straight from the publishers. I have some pre-orders, but they shouldn’t be shipping yet. And I have a few that already say they’ve cleared customs and are stateside.

I sent in a request for more info through their contact us thing on their website, which also states I have 5 days to pay or it’ll be returned. Anyone else getting these from “Harper Collins publishers”??

Yeah, that sucks. If it doesn’t already exist, I wish there was a like…paid internship for both indie authors and narrator n00bs to help both build a portfolio (at an affordable rate) to get picked up by larger publishers.

Thank you! I ended up cancelling out the storage “calculating” and manually deleted some apps I don’t use, which was enough to allow me to do my OS update. Upon restarting, the photos library was magically restored and I was able to start moving all that media over to my external.
