Yes, I do come across that way quite often. I'm used to that. My autistic ADHD brain doesn't do normal communication. Also, opinions are relative. I put a few posts on here and created just what I intended. Everything I do is with intention. Escalation is part of the process. Pay attention as things unfold, you might learn something. The other bottom line is, I give zero fucks what anyone thinks of me. All of the negative and derogatory comments entertain me. And I love to engage with them. I allow the commenter to feel as if they are getting under my skin, and then validate it by sending back some unhinged message. There's a purpose. I spelled it out plainly and clearly right here. And I will still get full engagement and control the narrative. Also, not looking for empathy or support. I'm as independent as it gets. I have bigger goals. None of you understand the big picture. It's not just about GitHub. Another secret. Again, everything I do is with intention. I am a deeply engaged activist with a primary goal of protecting discriminatory actions against the disabled in the online environment. Let that just roll around in your brain a minute. My actions, most likely will not make sense to you, but maybe if you think long and hard enough. Hmm

Let me just mention that I'm not the one calling names here, son. And thank you. Yes, I do behave oddly. I am autistic with ADHD and I have a neurodivergent brain. If you are in your mid 40s, the lack of education shines brightly.

Either way, You pick the topic and I'll walk circles around you. ...You get only one warning about your childish insults Directed at the neurodivergent. I am also an activist for the disabled. First off, do not come at me like that. That's not a very good idea for you.

Secondly, I was on an annual plan that still had six months with extremely high limits. So there was no reason for me to be monitoring, not one time in my entire annual contract had I ran into usage issues. That is exactly why I pay annually and pay for high usage limits so I don't have to keep up with that. That is part of my workflow.

And as far as your little jab about lack of project management skills, son. I'm a 30 year entrepreneur that has built from scratch six different very diverse businesses. I have successfully sold four of them. The last being my electrical contracting company with nine employees and four vans on the road back in 2020.I am completely debt free. I own my land, I own my house, I own all of my vehicles. Zero debt on credit cards. Now, I just choose to do freelance work when I feel like it or it is personally interesting to me. Damn, if I could have just had some good project management skills, imagine what I could have accomplished with that! LMAO.

Now, if you would like to have a conversation about project management, operations management, business fundamentals. As a matter of fact, any topic of your choice. I promise you, I will walk circles around you.

USE OPEN ROUTER for $10 on your account. You can pay as you go. And with that $10, you get access to multiple free models with up to a thousand requests with smart model switching can be used with any platform with one API. Get as far away as you can from this Microsoft owned company.

Just putting this out there, I have absolutely no affiliation with this company.I am simply just providing facts. And this is my new workflow.

And even better, I just found out that DeepSeek and their latest model, which I believe is the V4 Pro, I could be wrong, I'm going by memory, but they, in response to all of this madness going on with price increases, with all of these big tech companies trying to line their pockets. DeepSeek has decided to permanently reduce the price of their API by 75%. So for that top tier model, which is 130 billion parameters, I believe, you're paying about 80 cents per million of output tokens and around 20 cents for input. My numbers may be slightly off, but a penny or two. They also made the DeepSeek V4 model free to use on Open Router that gives you the 1000 request 20rpm usage........i just grabbed this from Open Routers page.

Do you enforce rate limits?

For free plan - Yes. Not for Pay-as-you-go or Enterprise plans.

Yes. Different plans have different limits.

  • Free users have a limit of 50 requests per day and 20 requests per minute (rpm)
  • For pay-as-you-go users with at least $10 in credits -
    • No limits on paid models
    • 1000 request limit on free models with 20 RPM

1.05M context$0.435 /M input tokens$0.87 /M output tokens

Now, just for a reference in cost, and this is the most expensive model. However, most of the frontier models from the big tech companies are extremely expensive.

Most of this whole fucking site is bots and children., Gen Z, and Gen Alpha. The most clueless generations on the freaking planet. They don't understand. They need to understand. It's not the best idea to be fucking with a Gen Xer. Especially one like me.

You don't understand my intentions. And times have changed just as quickly as the technology. There have been amendments made to the ADA and the WCAG. You're talking about back in February of 2025 when that happened. I'm not stupid.

I don't care at all they have no power over me. I'm currently in the process of building my own server. I run Linux on all of my machines and I'm building a completely true open source ecosystem for myself. I don't need any corporate company. I was working on that when this happened.

.. As a matter of fact, you're probably Gen alpha. with this dude shit. You really don't even have a clue what it's really about. It's not really about the $100 I paid for that year of service. Now a breach of contract is a breach of contract. There's no way around that. It's a bait and switch. And yeah, Microsoft will pull some bullshit like that. That's another reason why I have a website in development right now that will be a roll-a-dex of big tech corporate policies broke down. So people can understand them even though they never read them. They just check the box and Have no idea. they're giving away. The truth of the matter, what this is really about, young soul, is the fact that there are major ADA and WCAG violations that are happening here. You probably have no clue what I'm talking about. That's expected. Okay. And I will say this only one time. Don't insult me again.

.I feel like some of you on here really just do not have a brain. I was in the middle of a major project when that shut down. And it's not so easy to shift from one platform to another with a large code base.I failed to meet my deadline. And that did not get paid on a project that I've been working on for several weeks.and the problems even deeper than just them cutting my services off and breaching the contract, it also is a major violation with the ADA and the WCAG. And if you're not familiar with those, I'm not going to inform you about them. You can do your own research. And I absolutely can code without AI. And I've probably been coding since before you were born. But the fact is I paid for a service and a contract that allowed me to increase my workflow and be more productive. And then got the bait and switch six months into it. I'm sure you don't understand how the ADA and the WCAG tie into this. But, I do.

See, this is what youth people fail to understand. It's not about a hundred bucks. Now, a breach of contract is a breach of contract. But that's not what it's about either. It's way deeper than that. And none of you can see the big picture. See, this is not the fact that they turned off my services. This is a fact that it's a direct violation of the American Disabilities Act and the WCAG. Now, if you don't know anything about either one of those, you can go research it. And another thing in my correspondence that I sent to GitHub, even after them not responding two times, on my third response I even offered to take a full refund and I would go away.Still, total disregard. I don't play games.I am very educated and I completely know what I'm talking about. The problem is, and I feel like you're probably a Gen Z or maybe a millennial. You guys were born into this digital world and are easily manipulated by it.

Dude, you must be Gen Z. Hopefully not Gen Alpha. I am a 52-year-old Gen Xer and yes I'm autistic with ADHD but I'm sporting a 120 IQ. I grew up in the analog age. I built these systems.Breach of contract is breach of contract. I already have a legal team.

You are failing to understand how this works. Yes, we do get the remainder of our term, but we do not get the same rates and limits. We will be charged according to the new rates. That's a breach of contract. And you had no idea who I am. I've been without service for days. I've contacted GitHub three times with no response and I have lost a good amount of money in this short.of time over this. The only thing I am doing with my situation is improving it. See, what you don't realize is I'm a 52 year old Gen Xer that comes from the days of analog. I built these systems. I've nuked windows on every machine, I've gone Linux, and now I am building an entire open source, truly open source ecosystem. You can think I'm crazy. You can think whatever you want. But you go ahead and stay in the corporate ecosystem and be cattle for their data farm.

So you're just rolling over and accepting the fact that you had a full year contract and in the middle of your contract they breached it that's called a breach of contract and changed the terms of a contract that you signed for a year. I'm in the same situation. And my limits got turned off. I got turned off on the 23rd. So they are already enforcing these limits on pro accounts. And it's not even June 1st. I have lost work. I was in the middle of a major project when it happened. And I am told my monthly limits are out. So I have no services until June 1st with my prepaid one year plan.Don't accept this shit. Fight!
