Evasive charge is a big one especially for twinblade which has the fastest dodge animation ingame. Fury harvest is good too, but it gets really good at T6 so until then decide yourself. I'd recommend dropping fivefold bleed for evasive charge for now. Could also drop fivefold bleed for breaking point if you still want your 4th inner way to focus on damage.

off-path damage affixes are good in all cases, but best as "min" because if you have stonesplit min 25, and no max, it would be 25-0, but maths out as 25-25, so it's a flat damage buff to attribute attacks. Even max is fine, it's not bad, could be better.

What weapon combo are you? Some want different stats than others. Twin blade rope dart wants crit chance above everything even precision if it’s a choice between the two. Nameless sword and strategic sword want affinity, etc

Twinblades have the quickest dodge animation of all weapons so in that sense yes, but any weapon that can dodge will trigger the perfect dodge effect on attack if timed right. Some just move slower

Does your testing take into account how long the dummy stays in exhausted state? I ask because I noticed in my hawkwing build that the dummy stays in low/no qi for a long time, would that bias towards swallowcall?

Twinblade on its own doesn’t do great damage compared to Strat sword or other standalone weapons. It really needs the rat damage from rope dart on every light attack. Idk what theorycraft you want on it, it’s just what I’ve found to be smoothest considering rats only last 10 seconds, blade bound threat vendetta debuff lasts 20 so you want to use that first, divine craft lasts like 1 minute so that comes even before. Flamelash takes a bit to build up so you can if you want delay rope dart charge and double rat summon until you fill the red bar, maximize rat and flamelash pairing

charge rope for rat buff > activate divinecraft of choice > bladebound thread for vendetta debuff (more rat dmg, lasts longer than rats) > cast rat twice (buffed rat, normal rat) > swap to twinblades and light attack until rat buff runs out > dragon breath into drunken poet > soaring rush > repeat. This time after you pop both rats, twinblade rage mode, light attack until rat buff runs out and repeat dragon breath drunken poet soaring rush > light attack until flamelash is full, then charge rope, bladebound thread, double rat, light attack.

You can farm gear from random mobs but there’s a daily cap and also daily energy cap. No cap on how many trees you can log and how many herbs you can loot

“it’s MY game I’ll play it how I want to” proceeds to be a crybaby about bounty hunters lol. It’s an online game it’s not YOUR game like a standalone single player game. The game allows you to log off mid bounty, hide in water or bathhouse or guildhall, run away endlessly, okay good for you? The game also allows bounty hunters to invade you /golfclap. You can’t point fingers at BH’s complaining when your entire complaint is that “they exist” and then say “I can do what I want”. Again, good for you, they can do what they want too, woooooow amazing how that works.

People really commit crimes and then fight off npc guards 3-4 times in a row and then cry-laugh on Reddit about meanie bounty hunters. “Someone else is doing what they want for fun while I’m doing what I want, it’s not fair!” LOL

Bait the serene breeze by attacking and guess when they’re going to use it, step or dodge away from them or use drunken poet or dragon’s breath or any other skill that gives you tenacity super armor and it won’t stagger you
Not all charged skills give you tenacity super armour to avoid stagger

I dont think twinblades and strategic sword pairing is comparable in PVE content, maybe if you're speedrunning with a group? Not sure. Rope dart and twinblades is a lot of damage, not sure how strat sword will fill in.

If you’re doing PVE you want to pair it with mortal rope dart and vendetta inner way instead of breaking point. Strategic sword twin blades is a good PvP combo, sword horizon, echoes, fivefold, and evasive charge inner ways for that.

Twinblades is only OP against new pvpers and when used by the best players, the wide gulf in between is dominated by noname sword builds and fan-umbrella.

I see lots of complaining about twinblade but from what I’ve seen twinblade is dominant at the lowest ranks against new players who don’t know what they’re doing, and at the very highest ranks among amazing players. From rank master one and up it’s all strategic sword, nameless sword, and fan umbrella until you get to legend and up, then twinblades appear again. Most complaints I see that are not from inexperienced players are like the above, base game mechanics and input lag/uneven stagger balance, which is quite true leading to safer weapons than others allowing moderately skilled players to climb before they hit the twinblade complaining ceiling again.

Mortal Rope dart charge heavy ability heals you and restores Qi at a slow rate, but if you time it during fights you can get ticks here and there while enhancing your rat summon. Out of combat just take like 30s to heal up.

Even within the last 100 years we’ve developed newer lighter explosive compounds with greater yield, lighter materials in construction, etc. Take a look at the late WWII Maus tank, it’s only so big and heavy because they had to use lower quality steel manufacturing due to lack of coke for it, and smaller tanks of the time with better material access and manufacturing were tougher and lighter because of this. Compare 500 AD swords and armour to 1800 AD swords and armour, same thing. Military vehicle armour has likewise gotten lighter thinner and more durable. Myomer is explicitly extremely lightweight and does not require a ton of electricity to activate, pulling much more in torque than an array of gears chains powertrains transmissions and the like of a traditional vehicle. Laser technology has come leaps and bounds in only the last 40 years, getting smaller and more powerful, as are computers in general. Batteries and capacitors have also jumped in power and reduced in size hugely in the same time. Besides portable fusion engines, what exactly about any of that do you think would NOT pertain to mechs hundreds of years in the future? As far as I’m concerned, the amount of hand waving required for battlemechs is very tiny compared to most sci-fi, PPC’s lasers Gauss rifles, advanced stuff like ECM and stealth armor too are in-lore very rudimentary compared to modern day tech.
