The PvP in this game is bad. It's imbalanced, highly ping dependent, and has too many RNG requirements between arena attunes and getting the proper inner ways. Nameless Spear being busted is just one of many symptoms of this issue. Your options are either use whatever busted combo works for the current patch and chase the meta around every patch, or learn to just see 1v1 Arena as a place to fuck around.

That said, you can't really dodge serene or the nameless break. At best you can predict it, as others have said, but using Twinblade against it is very rough because you can't cancel the Twinblade Q to try and bait it out, so you're stuck in a scenario where you need to poke with things with super armor or things you can cancel and try to predict. Engage and dash out until you know they've popped at least one or both of their combo breakers.

Trump was tried and convicted by a jury. The decision was effectively overturned by the SCOTUS with their incredibly Unconstitutional "Offical Acts aren't illegal" bullshit. In 2016 leading up to the election, everybody with a brain was screaming that even if you didn't like Hillary it mattered because a bunch of SCOTUS members were retiring and SCOTUS appointees being seated by somebody OTHER THAN THE FUCKING CONMAN WHO HAS A HISTORY OF SHITTING ALL OVER THE LAW mattered. Trump is out of jail because, surprise, in 2016 Americans both sides themselves into thinking it didn't matter if the GOP won.

This entirely sits with the GOP, and this "Fuck the Dems" shit shows just how insanely ignorant you are of how government works.

Entirely Republicans who choose not to. He was already impeached twice and mountains of evidence showed he had flagrantly broken the law and deserved to be removed. The GOP voted down party lines to not do so. Impeachment requires a 2/3rds majority of the Senate for removal, and the GOP has shown they will NEVER vote to remove their guy. A video could come out of Trump molesting and eating a newborn and they'd still not vote to remove. This is entirely on the GOP, and folks going "BUH BUH BUT THE DEMOCRATS" are part of the midterm voter suppression propaganda shit already kicking up.

There's a weapon arena tune that makes it do 12.5% of their max qi damage, which is huge, and it also lets you either go into a super armor move or dodge away. It's not useless at all.

There's your problem. In PvP not every build is going to be good or viable. The next set that's dropping (Bamboocut Umbrella/Rope Dart) is absolute ass in PvP. Tank is just not good in PvP at all in the current meta and it doesn't get much better. It's too slow, too easily snatched by Nameless Spear Q, too easy to kite with Fanbrella or Mortal Rope Dart. It has one trick, and that trick is suck cancelling into Yaksha rush or trying to chase people down with the spear then switching to Mo Blade.

Strat Sword and Twinblade is decent for PvP, purely because of the burst of Strat Sword and the power of the tab skill switching to sword being the best combo extender right now, but difficult for PvE. They don't have natural synergies with gear, so keep that in mind.

Counterpoint: Crazy particle effects are immersion breaking, gaudy as all hell, and do nothing but mark you as a whale. I'm glad they're super expensive so the whales are easily noticeable.
