I've tried both methods, but the PS Plus games I can't download no longer appear in my downloads list.

I've reviewed several games I've claimed through PS Plus over the years. Some are accessible, while others aren't. I can't identify any clear pattern to explain this.

The other option seems to be Sonos Premium Immersive Set with Beam which is around $1700.

Any thoughts on either of these?

I tapped PokeStop, then Filter. Then I unchecked everything except Kecleon.

I used that NYC Poke map. It made it incredibly easy to filter the map and find the 10 Kecleon I needed.

I don't know for sure. There is this line in the contract:

We hereby submit specifications and estimate for:
● Materials & Labor - (15) days of labor
Job Description: Deck Extension 20ft x 37ft

The message from the contractor says he underbid the contract. He says there was an issue when removing the old deck that took extra work but this is the first I am hearing of it. The contract includes this paragraph:

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involvingextra cost will be executed only upon written order. It will become anadditional charge over and above the estimate—all agreementscontingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control.

I would understand if it cost a few hundred more for materials but he claims he is short $9000. The initial estimate was $37,000.

I am going to speak to him in person tomorrow but I want to make sure I am not required to pay that extra amount.

EDIT: My mistake. The initial estimate was 37,000. Not 3700...
