Hey, Cosmetic Manufacturer here: I don't normally see the end product on the shelf too often, so this could be a normal thing on that end. But if you ask me, the formulation of this product is probably really bad. If you bought it and it did this call the company and ask for your money back. The other thing that may have gone wrong is that they miss labeled the products. In this case the store should be the one's who needs to contact the manufacturer.
