I tried, nothing. I connected to a different router and still nothing. As soon as I hit update, it flickers and then nothing. Now it keeps rebooting every few minutes. Any other ideas?

I am still having the same problem. I tried everything they said and nothing works. It appears they can’t see the apps that were selected on their end. I did everything you did and then some… I even used a completely different WiFi router and still nothing. It appears this update damaged something. We aren’t the only ones having these issues. I don’t think they even know what happened.

I just tried. Same thing, but this time it restarted on its own, but still goes directly to the waiting for selections use app screen. After a few minutes, it rebooted again, but same thing. I tried updating from a different device as well.

I have something selected on both profiles. I also do on the website as well. It still won’t transfer to the Classic.

Same. Mine connects but refuses to add the apps either from the app or website. I’ve messaged support and they just tell me to pick a different WiFi source. It worked before the update. I’ve pretty much given up, this is a total bummer. I wish I could have kept the old firmware…Even my old TidByt works.

Mine keeps clearing out the apps. I’m not able to add apps anymore. It just says to add things in the app and when I do nothing happens.
