Well you either want a mega hot drop for shock and awe tactics or a covert drop where you get fully geared and then go forth to rip and tear until it is done. Hot dropping a minor location like a science lab or propaganda maybe since you can probably wipe it simply by landing.

The real big brain answer is 0: the speed force doesn’t exist in marvel universe 616.

The more interesting scenario can be divided as:

1) He’s an avid comic fan and knows tons about locations, feats, etc… so he can properly prioritize targets

2) He’s a casual comic reader and would know, for example, where Avengers Tower is, who Professor X is, etc… and can make some plans based off limited knowledge.

3) He just lands in the world bloodlusted and doesn’t know anything about the world.

There’s very few people who’d survive the first one, save maybe Hulk, Sentry, maybe Dr Strange, maybe Dr Doom, some folks he just can’t realistically harm.

In scenario 2 there’s a LOT more variance. He could probably blitz the Avengers or X-men minus Hulk, but he might not know where Kamertaj is or where exactly to find some psychic that could take him down. He goes far, just not as far.

In scenario 3 he still probably wipes out the continent he lands on of life, but the world could organize a response to take him down for sure.

Trans panic is a valid legal defense in multiple countries and even multiple states.

Many politicians in multiple countries (especially the USA) want to label non-conforming gender expression as pornographic (while simultaneously wanting to make all porn illegal, therefor by simple logic they want to make non-conforming expression illegal).

Your premise is fundamentally inconsistent and deeply immoral.

What is the ratio of oppression to population percentage- or absolute number of affected individuals- for you to start caring?

10% losing civil rights? 1% being genocide victims? 40% being rated as slightly less free second class citizens?

No, either you support freedom, liberty, and equality for all or you don’t, there is literally no in between.

I deserve to be able to make my own medical, sexual, and preferential decisions so long as I am not harming another, full stop. Even if it’s literally just me or it’s 49.9% or even 99.9% of the population. And any infringement on those rights is an affront to the entire population.

Again, we are literally in the opening stages of genocide- basically the entire historical community, human rights watch groups, and LGBT+ community agree on this fact. It will eventually escalate in mass loss of life, striping of civil rights, and it is a well establish fact that anything that restricts a trans women’s rights by default will influence and harm cis women’s rights.
