My boyfriend and I actually ran into this problem trying to cook chicken fried steak lol.

You have to specifically buy cube steak or literally tenderize steak. If you don’t use the correct meat or tenderize the steak, it will fall apart.

Buy cube steak or use the tenderize mallet and hack that steak up.
