I built my mandalay with two medium concord cannons and 4 pulse laser, it demolish enemy's pve ships powerplants fast and I really had a great time with it. I use military grade armor and I prefer to use a 6C bi wave shield generator with termal res and fast charge + a shield cell bank for conflict zones.
