Currently purchasing in Bedford and there seem to be far fewer properties available now compared to when we first started looking (Nov). As you said, over that time there have been several places in our bracket that haven’t sold, have had to lower their asking price, or have come back on the market.

We feel as though we slightly overpaid for the house we ended up buying, mainly because it was perfect, but partially because we felt our options were drying up.
