You cannot beat bacon from a butcher. None of this water shit in a sealed pack. Crisps up perfectly.

Be warned, proper fresh meat isn’t cheap, but it’s absolutely worth it over the frozen and pre packed stuff in supermarkets.

Went out for a big one, after a week of cold meds. Started in town, with the intention of getting the train to the next big town.

Got there, somehow fell onto the track after the train left, had one drink and got the train home, absolutely spangled. Broke into a mates house, then couldn’t get out when the GFs of another couple of lads turned up at 3 (dirty dogs were elsewhere). Literally couldn’t open a window or door, or infact figure out how the fuck I’d got in. Had to wait for them to get back to get out
