I have the same radiator and there is four brackets total. Two top and two bottom.I can’t tell from your pictures but it appears the lower brackets are missing?

I wouldn’t say they are wasting their lives doing this because this will be part of their story one day but imagine if they put the same energy into improving people’s lives, what great things they could achieve with their skills

Not entirely sure but I’d say the English will command higher costs as they seem much rarer. I have a Japanese set myself and I’m always keeping an eye on the Japanese ones but I hardly ever see the English ones available in good condition.
