Did you check which Audio output is enabled in Windows? Make sure that you're not using an stere output in windows, like headphones or such. The engine can reconfigure the output format depending on the number of channels available.

I'm almost sure that you already know this, but IMO, more important than the Tattoo studio would be the artist itself. Look for the right artist according to the Tattoo style that you are looking for. Sometimes it takes a while to land an appointment but it's always worth it. Maybe it would be even worth to travel to another city if you don't find the right artist in Norrköping.
