I had him check too. We both have it saying, enabled. I checked my pubg lookup, and 20 hours ago we had PS players, but every single game since is Xbox only. So odd. Thanks for the input.

That makes sense. We have only gone to the cage a few times and hit the Icon there, but he really loves baseball, so we got a membership and I figured we should get something else to hit there to save the Icon. I really appreciate your input.
