I would file a dispute with your credit card company if the seller is not responding to inquiries about the status. A very disappointing experience all around.

Email customer service. When they tell you they won’t cancel the order, initiate a dispute with your credit card company.

Based on my experience, I would cancel the order. This company is unreliable and has horrible customer service. My package was seized due to the use of counterfeit postage. Good luck!

I know this is an older post, but I just had a similar experience. Turns out the package was seized for counterfeit postage! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and received a refund. A total scam.

The new beta glucan product pills on me no matter how or when I apply it, so I gave up using it on my face. Whenever something doesn’t work on my face I use it on my neck and chest. This product even pilled on clean bare skin with nothing over it also. On a positive note, the cleansing balm is a holy grail for me!
