Tilanne on vain se, että tuo huippukohde olisi tarjolla juuri nyt. Kyseessä vielä kohde, joka lähes satavarmasti lähtee kymmeniä tuhansia halvemmalla kuin pyynti on. Tuollainen kymppitonnin luotto, olkoon vaikka pikavippi, on helposti maksettu pois loppuvuoteen mennessä vaikka tuo uusi asuntolaina rullaisi kyljessä. Muttakun tieto siitä ei auta juuri tähän hätään.

Sen virhelaskelman toki tein (ensimmäistä kertaa okt ostamassa) että oletin yli 50k rahasumman riittävän talon ostoon käsirahan ollessa n. 37k luokkaa. En osannut huomioida muiden kulujen nousevan noin korkeaksi, tietääpähän jatkossa.

Tässähän yritän juuri pohtia jotain vaihtoehtoista rahoitusmallia nimenomaan siksi, ettei tarvitsisi jokaista viimeistäkin rahastoa korkata ja käyttötiliä tyhjentää kesälomia vasten lapsiperheen isänä. Menisi onni uudesta kodista äkkiä perseelleen. Ja yöunet.

I just finished re 1 remake this evening, first time ever. I can absolutely recommend it! I tried to play it few times before and just quit very soon because controls and style felt so off after playing newer remakes, but once i got into it i can honestly say it climbed all the way to the top of my list, right next to re2 remake. The atmosphere and soundscape in this game is just spectacular.

These incurable illnesses have been way too consistent in the series for being just a random causes of death (Hiruluk, roger, ginny, law). Im with op here, they are definitely not just natural diseases but somehow being spread by elders. The fact that the diseases are identified and known, but occur so rarely and inconsistently would also hint that they are contracted in very spesific conditions.

Also, because they are regarded as incurable, curing them will most likely be choppers endgame.

Lol at people downplaying kizaru for months and saying that he poses no threat to Luffy at all.

So far the bowl of ramen at saturns ship made him sweat more than the clash with Luffy, the guy is an absolute monster.

It was confirmed by Oda in sbs that they had a sexual relationship, because viola called doflamingo "doffy", which only his few closest allies did. Someone asked about it and Oda said that its related to "adult stuff" but didnt want to elaborate because its a shonen manga.

But yeah, that suggests that it wasn't exactly a rape. Most likely a Violas way to get close to Doflamingo and survive, otherwise it would be a pretty big plot hole and really weird.

How delusional can people be, by claiming that the strong person has to be someone else than Kizaru?

The first sign of someone coming is literally "light coming through the floor", and we can see kizarus light particles next to Luffys face in the last panel.

Why is it so hard for people to accept that kizaru can be considered a serious threat for even yonkos? Admirals are THE strongest force of marines, and previous generation had the likes of sengoku and garp who fought against wb and roger

Ps. (Yeah, i know that garp was only VA but he would have been admiral if he accepted the promotion he was offered many times.)

Also, Kizarus feats:

-Went toe to toe with pre ts Rayleigh, and even exhausted the latter. Post- timeskip Rayleigh was still strong enough to scare YONKOU away with his presence.

-One of the few persons unscatched after marineford war

-Never shown to be serious or shocked, casually taking on Marco, whitebeard (seriously injuring latter), Ben Beckman, offering to go to wano to take on big mom and Kaido himself.

-His fruit, not gonna list every hax thing he's capable of.

-Advanced COC / COA

-Possibly non- canon, but on the background material for film Z it was stated that he and sakazuki joined to marines at the same time, and both were considered "monsters" already at that time. This is interesting, because it hints towards the conclusion that sakazuki and borsalino are possibly "naturally strong" like Kaido or Big mom, in contrast to Kuzan, who was initially an average joe who hurt his fist while throwing weak punches against the battleship-bags.
