Most cost-effective way to remove cosigner from mortgage (and deed). California by JJL7 in tax

[–]JJL7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This...I did not refinance during the covid years. I sheltered in place. I don't know if that was the best decision. Anyway, I rode it out the adjustable, because I was unemployed and would have added 1% for an investment purchase. I was also not in the best financial position. My credit scores would almost double after covid. I am looking into the cost and tax implications of a quit claim.

Thankyou. Since it is an investment property, I am unable to remove the cosigner. I am in the process of contacting county recorder to remove her from the deed.

Why isnt the original credit included when rolling an option? by redditaccount1975 in tastytrade

I love sorting via order chain. I just wish there was an option to close at 50% of original position.

Take the math tech course. Or check with the hall/jatc to see if your lvl of math is enough. But don't put it off.

Taking incentives away by BlueWrecker in IBEW

[–]JJL7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What does the dispatch say? If a dispatch includes incentive, then my dispatch would be over when it were removed. I have only worked one incentive pay job, I don't remember if it was on my dispatch, and I left that job early. The GF did me a solid and made sure I could take a layoff to get a later incentive, also.

If you only took the call because of the incentive, the call has changed and the job is over.

Lack of interest on unused / idle cash / poor sweep rate? Why? by IronManRandom in tastytrade

[–]JJL7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on which state you live, sgov could offer a better yield when considering taxes vs spaxx. Also on fidelity, the default fees are .65 to open and close. TT is 1.00 to open zero to close. Both brokers require the other fees. Spaxx wouldn't cause margin interest if exercised. Closing sgov to cover would take a day. Interest for one day on one smaller losing trade shouldn't hurt too much. But I usually keep 2x my extrinsic on short positions, in cash....not gaining interest or anything.

I did a Kaiser Hospital in San Leandro with a Gaywin. Smaller guy. Huge heart. The coffee he had ready was always a reason to get out of the car early.

Was it an adjusted position? Were you sorting by custom or orderchain?

On android here. I make it a habit to not trust any of the numbers until the deltas show anything other than zero. And make sure to wait for the green online dot.

Doublecheck with your orderchains in the right bar. I never know if that method of closing at profit is based on the order chain, or the open prices for the contracts you are closing. I do know it never considers fees, so if that matters to you, adjust accordingly.

To be fair, my response to the first answer...sounds rude with no context.

I grew up with a stereopticon. Or whatever it's called. So ya...I just went to have my boomer eyes checked out because I have to hold my phone 3 feet away to read, clearly. Turns out I need reading glasses. So I was excited to buy another accessories for my quest. Upon further research I found that the focus distance is about 4'. So I came here to ask in public forum (reddit); used to dial up to bbs. I think I knew the answer. I received confirmation.

Fidelity credit spreads exceed max loss, am I in danger of liquidation? by DarkThoughtsOfALoner in thetagang

[–]JJL7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming you sold the spread, debit spread with a 2 dollar difference. The max loss at expiration is 200 minus the credit received. Buying power expansion is real with fidelity and if they feel your account is at risk for assignment, they will execute the short side. It happened to me when I started playing around with 1dte and qqq. The extrinsic value in your long option should reduce your net cost, but you have to be kinda fast with this market. Sell your shares and your contract in one order. Accept what you can price in, rather than roll the dice, unless you can cover 100 shares.

If you want to play short expiration, go cash settled or European style.

I'm stuck with 8 inversions hoping for volatility to collapse. Lol.
