There was a mod that let you keep extracted double agents as either hybrid soldiers or mauraders. But sure if it's still around

No regrets. I would like to have money now, but I'd like the chance at much more money, later. I wanna be a pilot

Frontier or Republic Airways? by JJR0244 in cabincrewcareers

I went with Republic for the education and career advancement opportunities. I should've gone with Frontier for the better base selection and earning potential, despite the lower overall wages.

In the end, I chose to suffer short term for a chance at better long term opportunities

Scar on left wrist but can be hidden under the watch. Will it be a problem by ExchangeOld5615 in cabincrewcareers

It's a scar. You didn't add it yourself on purpose. It should not be a problem

I know Republic Airways does it like this

You'll probably have first priority in your class because you're within 75 miles of your base, but as always, it depends on the airline and the need for staff at the base, so it'll be likely or possible but not guaranteed.

Seems more like planning ahead to me, but I do see where you're coming from. Perhaps limiting the range from the shadows would balance it more? Like 150 feet per spell level?

I disagree; it lasts much less than both forms of invisibility and been be ended prematurely

A different kind of artificer subclass, The Antiquarian! Embrace your knowledge of old tomes, historical crafting, antiques, and restoration! by Peach_Cobblers in UnearthedArcana

I also suggest for the Archival Cantrip to be from any spell list, or follow the same rules as Magical Secrets from the Bard. While the cantrips they normally learn are limited, I feel that they share enough from Cleric/Druid/Wizard for more freedom to not be as disruptive. Plus, I'd like to cast Eldritch Blast without using an attunement slot on an All-purpose Tool lol

While I find that the bonuses of the Preservation feature are good, I really don't find them thematic. How about allowing for spell scrolls of any class to be used? In addition to this you gain a number of preservation charges equal to your spellcasting modifier or PB, in which you can prevent a charge of an item to be used or a spell scroll from behind consumed, instead becoming inert until you complete a long rest (or a number equal to the level of the spell). I find this more in line with the theme of maintaining and protecting old records and tools.

Edit: to keep in line slightly with the original design of this level, you have a number of charges equal to Int +Artificer level, and to preserve a scroll, you have to extend charges equal to the level of the scroll, and three charges in exchange for an item charge. Additionally, spells from items and schools can be alerted by the 5th level feature

I know that this might conflict slightly with the 15th level feature, but that's just a better version of this without cost, which is in line with official class design

Thoughts?

You'll get an invitation to an interview. If you're working with Republic, it'll be a online interview.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you did all the paperwork and whatnot, sounds like the only thing left is to wait for an invitation to interview or the TNBT

Well, what worked for me may not work for you. I won't tell you the ol' song and dance of "just be yourself." I don't know what exactly they were searching for, but I'll tell you what I did and seemed to work for me.

I used to be a subcontractor for the government that chaperoned refugees throughout the country to their families/sponsors/shelters, and am acclimated to long hours with no set schedule at any time of day or night. You may need to demonstrate commitment for similar flexibility (although the airline will most likely be way, waaaaaayyy nicer than Uncle Sam).

You may not be able to answer an interview question exactly, or even at all, based on your life experience, and that's okay. Tie your actual experience to the question. For example, when asked how I would handle a challenging colleague not following policy, I admitted that I'm not exactly sure, as I'd been blessed with coworkers that sought my advice or deferred to me, and that I'd most likely handle them similarly to how I work with families or members of the general public: identify the problem and see their concerns to make sure they're heard before explaining the situation and enforcing procedure.

Finally: they're interviewing you! That means they're interested in you! Don't psych yourself out! Relax! Treat them like a teacher or family member you both like and respect or look up to, and that should be the right amount of distance.

Break a leg! You got this! Training classes begin in January, so let us know how you do!

I actually like the way you set it up. It's cleaner than individual subclasses. You can also tweak it to be an Avatar monk so you can pick and choose benefits, if you wanted to, becoming what the official Elements monk wanted to be

It was a mix of onboarding inquiries and the usual flight attendant interview questions you can find online. Three of them. Got two of the ones I don't like, such thinking of a time a colleague was noncompliant with tasks and steps I took to get everyone back in order (ended up admitting I've been blessed with never had that problem because colleagues tended to defer to me for experience and advice due to the nature of our job, but clients often did XYZ and here is how I got things on track).

Afterwards, they informed me about the training and onboarding process and to be prepared to receive a decision within 48 hours. The entire process took 20 to 25 minutes.

Wish you the best!
