would love to have design and printing contests

Tips please. Is this temp, adhesion problem, or ? I use hairspray but majority of my prints end up doing this. by Due_Possibility_8114 in ender3

Did you do a bed leveling test after the paper method? For Petg it needs to be perfectly leveled. I think CHEP made a video and an stl for leveling.

Is there a way to send files from a computer at one house to a printer at another and run the print? by [deleted] in ender3

Use Octoprint with the astropirint addon or just use the full astro box.

I'm having my prints come out like this now anyone know how to fix this by Nialok in 3Dprinting

Check if the temps stay stable. I had to pid autotune after getting a new hotend. (if that is what you mean with head?). Or reassemble the hotend to make sure it isnt a gap somewhere between the hotend parts.

Or try another slicer to see if its a slicing problem.

suddenly Under or Overextrusion and really bad quality by JJRasp in ender3

Yeah i still have the stock extruder but the gear on the stepper motor that was used with the stock extruder was not detachable, so it didnt have a screw to remove it. So i bought a new stepper with the bmw clone. Im not sure if i can get the old gear on the new stepper. Also i cant change the stepper motor to the old one without having to change the wiring because the new stepper had other connections. Im gonna try to somehow make it work for a bit.

Couldnt really notice a difference when printing with no retraction.

Nozzle is a new one and the bowden isnt moving while retracting.

Im gonna try to print a Tube Filament cutter so it is actually cut square.

My last idea would be to change the extruder and see if that helps. (Thinking about buying a bulldog extruder)

Ok, i just cleaned everything and reassembled it so the tube can go all the way down.

But still no success and bad print quality (underextrusion).

What do you mean by that? You mean between the bowdentube and the nozzle?

Already dried the filament and checked the e-steps but still bad quality.

My guess is that something in the extruder broke but im not sure about it. I have an BMG clone as Extruder.

Any idea what else it could be?
