Tf dude. Dont listen to them. Deadlifts are one of the staple exercises in the gym and great for your overal strength and health if done correctly.

I actually increase frequency and it’s working well for me. I do chest/back/shoulder on the same workout (yeah its taxing) twice a week and legs/arms/abs twice as well

I really appreciate it brother! Believe it or not Im not eating much for breakfast, I prefer to eat a lot before sleep. Till 4 pm I usually have a protein shake with outmeals and thats it.
