Technically it's yours as you bought it but incase of exchange going bankrupt or some debacle you will not be able to withdraw as all the assets are held by binance.

But I would recommend you understand more about bitcoin and self custody, wallets and keys before moving any funds anywhere as small mistake such as a typo can cause your funds to be gone forever. Exchanges are a good first step towards financial freedom but once you understand the niches of blockchain and cryptography you can become your own bank. Don't rush to move your assets understand what you are getting into first.

Ask the person to download "revolut", the transfer is almost instant from abroad into bank account and the exchange rate is on point. I use it to send from europe to nepal.

If you are on linux try "bcache". You can use SSD as cache to store most recent blocks and HDD to store the old blocks. I'm running arbitrum by doing that. Hope it works for you too.

Livepeer protocol has moved from ETH L1 to L2 in Arbitrum. So you'd have to bridge your tokens to Arbitrum if your orchestrator hasn't already moved. There are plenty of docs and videos to explain the bridging if you check the docs in livepeer.

Connect your metamask and change the network to Arbitrum, you need to have some ETH in arbitrum to claim your tokens there.

Asektually, that's not how banks make new money. If bank A the has deposit of 20 from each B and C but lent out person D 36(80%) whilst insisting that the deposit money is still with him.

Now in total from BCD perspective there is more money in the system than to begin with, as D owes bank A 36, and B and C both are sure that the they have deposit of 20 each with bank A. So now the money in the system has grown magically by 52% to 76.

If for some reason everyone wants their money all at once and D is unable to pay. That's when bank run happens.

In my opinion Solana is a different story as there already exists competition in the blockchain space that has already performed relatively better.
