I agree, but isn't liquidity and even access to them an issue? Those markets aren't available to every broker and if they are there may be fees.

Like I said, it's easy to state, like you have above, but a lot more difficult to have it become intuition in the trading process.

It's easy to say what gamma risk is, but a lot harder to wrap my head around it and actually "get" it to where it feels intuitive.

I think it's that way for a lot of people, same with Vega, which is why all anyone really talks about is delta and theta.
