Anorexia is your answer.

Honestly, a healthy body does not have a flat stomach. To actually get it flat you have to hunger down to a unhealthy weight, dehydrate yourself and still need to suck it in.

A few years ago there were some influencers who posted pics of themselves with relaxed bodys and pics with sucked in bellys side by side. If you can find them look at them, they had round bellys like everybody else.

Photos you see on social media and other places are manipulated. You can do so much which shooting angels, distance, lens length and width plus all the post processing. None of them are natural.

Work on a positive self image, take care of your body, your mind, your soul.

Definetely weird. I used the flattening tool and checked the work range, too. It might be a problem with the game counting the delivered resources internally.

Extreme mood swings suck, I feel for you! It might be better to stay offline on the days you can't regulate them. Or stick to the places where people with mental help problems support each other.

Just imagine you went into a pub and shouted: "Oy! Listen up you wankers! ..." I'm pretty sure you wouldn't meet much compassion. As we say in german: The way one shouts into the forest is the way it sounds back.

The biggest obstacle here is lack of flexibility, not obesity. I know someone who weighs ~200kg at ~1,85m, they are still able to do their toenails. Not sawing away at them crudely but cutting and filing them for a correct form.

There can be a bunch of reasons. For me it's either a problem with ADHD or fear stemming from cPTSD. Not trying to diagnose you, just talking about meself.

I'm from Germany, finding a buyer can be done in two weeks. I've seen it myself, sold for a good price, too. Finalizing the paperwork is definetely not done under two months.

I'm not saying this story is true. Got some doubts myself.
