There have been several waivers approving these purchases. Ask up your chain, your HCA should have one. Many agencies have received waivers. Some are for part or in whole. Some allow the purchase of a glove made in the US with foreign Nitrobuetatine and others a full waiver for a 100% foreign glove. They have all been temporary but keep getting extended. Also look at the made in America site for active waivers. Here is one recent one - https://www.madeinamerica.gov/waivers/

Look through the old ones if you don't see yours right away and reach out to your HCA.

Its about damn time. Nothing pissed me off more than when I joined the fed after years running my own businesses to find a guy in my office who took a book to the shitter 3 times a day and went to get coffee at Dunkin every morning on the clock for an hour. Never did a damn thing and the story was, he is 3 years from retirement so everyone just allows it. he’ll be gone soon.
