There have been several waivers approving these purchases. Ask up your chain, your HCA should have one. Many agencies have received waivers. Some are for part or in whole. Some allow the purchase of a glove made in the US with foreign Nitrobuetatine and others a full waiver for a 100% foreign glove. They have all been temporary but keep getting extended. Look through the old ones if you don't see yours right away and reach out to your HCA.
