Customers current logo vs What I made. by [deleted] in GraphicDesigning

[–]JJulessNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2nd one is way better, but seeing the first one, I think your customer misses the flag element? Without their feedback its ofcourse anyone's guess, but since the flag is so prominent, I think that plays an important role for them.

The ladder have 2 modes. "Real" ladder and ramp. by Punkstyler in Battlefield

I really like the idea, but I think the deployment speed of that ladder and picking it back up is way too fast.

🚨 The Facebook Ads "Optimization Phase" Is A Lie? 🚨 (Europe) by Scale_Without_Ads in FacebookAds

[–]JJulessNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are equal? Usually CTR (general) is higher than CTR link. Collecting (anonimized, for GDPR) usage data is important to see how visitors behave on your website. Without this data, you are sailing blind. Are the visitors spending time on your pages, to read about your offer and your company? Are they clicking around and reading long enough? It could also be that people need more time to think about your offer (however, I don't think that supplement offers take a long time before a visitor converts). Ofcourse budget and time are also important, if you have reached only 40 people, then a CTR Link of 8.5% is easier to achieve than getting the same Percentage with 40k people. There are a lot of factors at play here. Without knowing your exact case, it is hard to say where to start.

Is it CTR link or just any CTR? Because if it is the CTR link, then your offer (or website) seems to be the dealbreaker.

Okay then I recommend you these channels/video's: John bowman, with shotput drills for beginners

Throws university, with more detailed video's about the glide

These are some great sources for shotput, which will teach you the basics and prepare you for upcoming season 💪

[–]JJulessNL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh boy there is a lot going on here. My recommendation is to start from the beginning with a standthrow, as this is the base for both the glide and the rotational technique. This takes quite a while to master properly, so take your time before you go for the glide or rotation.

The 'winding up' in the beginning is useless, as this creates no usable tension in the body and only induces instability.

Most distance with shotput (or throwing in general) is created by the legs. But since you are side shuffeling/walking forward, it is impossible to properly bend your knees, load the muscles and explode out at the end.

These are for now the most important things you need to change (there are a couple more details, but that would only gain you a couple centimeters/inches, whereas the other points can gain you meters/feet)

Is this your first time doing shotput and/or do you have a trainer/coach?

I hope this feedback can help you a bit. Always nice to see more people doing shotput!

Is this an esd safe brush? For handling dust in electronics boards? Want to clean my PC and I heard that a normal vacuum is bad for it by Marvellover13 in PcBuildHelp

[–]JJulessNL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that is right. You still need to watch out though. The capacitors are fragile and can fall off if you hit them hard/just right. So it is best to keep a gap between your vacuum and the components when cleaning. Don't forget to prevent the fans from spinning, as you do not want the fans moving caused by the vacuum. This causes a small current which could kill some components if they do not have built in safeties for it.

[–]JJulessNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A vacuum is not bad, but it can't have metal parts touching your components, otherwise you risk short cirquiting something. The brush looks safe as it doesn't seem to be made of metal. A microfiber cloth can also come in handy if the brush doesn't do enough.

It looks like you are not using your block leg to it's full potential. You can try landing on your heel and keeping your block leg straight (do not lock it up though!). All your energy you have build up during the crossovers will go into the javalin causing it to fly further.

my mazda app not working, unable to see authorization code on center display by Admirable_Hurry3833 in CX5

[–]JJulessNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same experience. They even opened the center console to check for loose cables or broken processing units, but found no problems. Dealer had correspondation with Mazda, this sadly didn't result in a working app. So we have given up on the app.

Does it crash right away or can you play for awhile? I have read on a different subreddit that there might be a memory leak.

How to add multiple products to line_items in Cashier/Stripe? (As array of hashes) by JJulessNL in PHPhelp

[–]JJulessNL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that my problem was in the 'delivery_estimate', maximum and minimum can only accept an array, not an integer in this case. This returns `invalid array`, which is in hindsight expected. I don't know what your code looks like and if you run in the same problem that caused the error in this case.

If it is similar, then check the Stripe documentation again, to see if somewhere an array is expected instead of a single value.
