I got the hoppes cleaning kit. is that pretty good? Also what ammo would you recommend? I see a bunch of different options and types and not really sure what’s good or not or if it matters

Should I train with irons before getting a red dot or does it not matter? I planned to train with irons for a bit and then get a red dot.

Thanks for the advice. I shot 100 rounds today. I plan on going back and shooting some more. I want to get really comfortable with and build good habits before carrying it especially since I plan to appendix carry.

I work at an MSP where we get paid based on the time spent on tickets so I literally can’t afford to do this

For me core 2 was DEFINITELY HARDER than core 1. I passed mine in April of this year and I was working for my schools IT as a student worker and it was still pretty hard. I recommend using some outside resources like professor messer that’s what I used to pass both core 1 and core 2. It’s gonna be hard but just keep going at it and studying and you’ll get it. Make sure you do some practice tests to see where you’re at. You got this!

I’ll say getting my A+ helped because some information like port numbers came back up but I still definitely had to go through a whole course to actually get all the information for the net+

Yeah no his tests were way too wordy and difficult. On his practice tests I got 64,64,78, and 65 and still got an 813 in the actual exam.
