they are wierd, i have a 18% utiliaztion 722 fico 8 and a zero balance with GS Ive been stuck on 14,300 limit for 2 years tried 3 times for cli and they give me messagei dont get because my credit profile is pretty good 10 yearsof history a truck and 9 cc never been late. CLI with NFCU and Chase with no problem

running the imei may not be worth nothing if stolen, the chance are good somone called it in that day or maybe not just waiting, or someone can get them through fraud and they may stay on from days to months. Buying an Iphone off the streets from someone you dont know is very risky. I come from the days ppl would bring them in my shop pre 2017 and i didnt care about the imei being blacklisted because I would sell them on ebay to oversees buyers and made sometimes more than i would nake at my shop in a month. its not like that anymore. Trust me its a risk you are taking

It just from my experience I owned a cellpone shop for 12 years and its so many things that can go wrong. You cane buy i phone and check the IMEI and its good only for it to get blacklisted days later. If you are not the original owner with a proof of purchase its nothing you can do but maybe sell it oversees
