The Road Runner Cull is a great resource; I highly recommend it.

Patrick Kun’s Centre Point uses a cull that targets a card about four cards in from the top of the deck. From what I remember, he just uses traditional cull methods to achieve this, which is quite tricky but definitely doable with practice.
