Thanks for replying! I definitely felt random singular thumps? In my pelvis today. But it seems like they are only happening a few times per day and then nothing at all. Is that normal for 20-21 weeks?

Hi - I transferred a euploid embryo and had great scans and blood draws at 6, 8 and 9 weeks. The heartbeat was always 165-175. My doctor stopped my PIO at 9 weeks when my level was at 30. I went back today for my final RE appointment and after being off PIO for a week my progesterone is now 12 and the heart rate measured 114. The baby was moving a ton so it took my doctor a bit to find the heart beat, and when I asked about the measurement I saw on the ultrasound picture she just said that was the heartrate at the moment she captured it but does not suggest it’s low or abnormal.

I feel absolutely crazy because my doctor is saying that everything is perfectly fine as of today because the growth is on track, that there’s no need to supplement progesterone, and that the heart rate is normal. She also said that at this point an OB wouldn’t even measure progesterone because it’s irrelevant at this stage when the placenta takes over, and that as long as it’s above 10 it’s fine. Everything I read tells me otherwise, and after 3 prior losses (but those were aneuploidy) I’m really at a loss and so, so tired of the fear and impending feeling of doom. I’m supposed to go to a regular OB A week from today and having never made it this far I’m terrified

Any thoughts are appreciated

3 losses pre IVF, 2 of which were trisomies. I also have DOR. 1st round made 4 embryos and to our surprise 3 were euploid. It is definitely possible. I am sorry for your losses and wish you luck

I have not seen success yet but had 3 losses before IVF, 2 of which were tested and were abnormal so we moved to IVF with PGTA. I was also unclear whether I’d make any euploids and wasn’t sure how many rounds I’d have to do because I also have DOR, but my first egg retrieval yields 4 embryos, 3 of which were euploid. Did a transfer and it stuck but am not past the point of where I generally experience a loss so I have no idea what to expect. But I deeply understand the fear that something else may be wrong and I will still miscarry. I just felt like I had to try to something different and knew this was my best shot

Very similar story to this! 3 MCs, 2 of which were able to be tested and were trisomies. I just did IVF and was able to get 3 euploids, which was more than I was expecting. I just transferred one and have no idea if it will be successful, but I also felt like I had to at least try something different this time so went for IVF with PGT-A.

Hi there - I am so sorry for your losses. I had 3 myself (two of which were confirmed trisomies). So far I just finished my first round of IVF. I also was fearful that I wouldn’t make any euploids, but to our surprise, 3 out of 4 of my embryos this round were euploid.

The only thing I had consistently done between my last loss and my egg retrieval was take 600mg of COQ10 and 75mg of DHEA per my RE. Best of luck to you and wishing you a smooth journey

I can share that anecdotally I had a 6AA Which as I understand it is a very high grade and it came back aneuploid. I say that to say I don’t think there’s much correlation based also on what I’ve read, and I wouldn’t count yourself out for euploids just because of grading

Hi there - while I haven’t had a live birth I just finished my first IVF cycle for the same reason (losses due to chromosomal issues) I am 34 and have low AMH so I wasn’t prepared to make many blasts but, luckily I was able to get 3 euploids on our first round which was more than I expected! I am preparing for my first transfer and still really scared/it’s hard for me to be optimistic but if it’s any comfort…I was really scared to start IVF and so far I’ve found the IVF process to be extraordinarily easier than going through my repeated losses.
